- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 g Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 125 g Oats
- 75 g Raisins
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and add vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Form the dough into 12 equal balls.
Bake on a lined baking for for 12-14 minutes depending on your oven.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet until they are firm enough to handle.
